Eyes Wide Open

Brilliant. Simply brilliant. Last night my wife and I curled up to watch Stranger Than Fiction, starring Will Ferrell. When it was finished I believe I could be heard saying, “This movie has just moved into my all-time top 10.” Ferrell is an IRS agent who finds his life turned upside-down when he discovers a mysterious voice narrating his life. In my opinion, the free-spirited baker Ana Pascal (Maggie Gyllenhaal) is the secret ingredient that makes this film extra-special. I can’t tell you any more (no spoilers here!) but to say it was a very spiritual experience. Ohhhh….this one is good!
